What's the story behind OFFDROME and how did it all start?
OFFDROME started from a passion for specialty coffee and a desire to make great coffee more accessible. We wanted to bring high-quality coffee into a format that fits modern lifestyles, which led us to develop capsule coffee without compromising on taste.
Can you share more about your approach to sourcing and roasting coffee?
We use 100% Arabica beans with no artificial flavouring, sourcing only from trusted farms. Our beans come from regions like Thailand, Colombia, Indonesia, and Brazil, each chosen for their distinct character. Every blend is developed to highlight the true taste of the coffee. Instead of artificial aromas, we rely on natural processing methods to bring out each origin's unique profile, whether that's nutty, smooth, or bold. We also use aluminium capsules to lock in freshness and preserve the full flavour. Each cup should let the coffee's character tell its own story.
What motivated OFFDROME to explore the capsule coffee format?
We saw an opportunity to combine quality and convenience. Capsules allow us to deliver consistent results while making specialty coffee easier to enjoy in everyday life.
We all have our morning routines, and coffee is often a crucial part of it. What is your morning ritual like?
As a business owner and creative director, my typical workday is very fast-paced. One thing that instantly sets the tone of my day is a great cup of coffee and OFFDROME really comes through for me. It's quick, convenient, and tastes exactly like what you'd get from a café. Knowing that I have my own specialty coffee ready to go every morning has truly changed the game.
What are you most excited about right now and for the future of OFFDROME as a brand and business?
We're excited to bring even more office workers small moments of joy within today's working culture, across a variety of spaces. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our offerings and continue improving both coffee quality and the overall experience.
