  • What machines are compatible with the Coffee capsules available on drinkmorning.com?

The coffee capsules available on drinkmorning.com are compatible with all drop down original line Nespresso® coffee machines including the following: Citiz, Lattisima, Lattisima Premium, Lattissima Plus, Pixie, Essenza, Expert, Maestria, U, Inissia, Creatista, Prodigio.

Coffee capsules are not compatible with Nespresso® Professional and Vertuo line of machines, Dolce Gusto,  Keurig, Tassimo or Lavazza systems.


  • What is the shelf life of the coffee capsules?

Never have stale coffee again, Coffee in the capsule format stays fresh and generally have a shelf life of 12 months. It is recommended that you check the Best Before date printed on the original packaging the Coffee capsules came in.

For coffee capsules that come in sealed packets, they are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of opening the packets.

  • Can I stop my subscription?

If you need to stop your subscription, you can put it on hold at anytime on your account page.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via debit or credit card, available for Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted on compatible devices.


Shipping

  • Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to Hong Kong and Singapore but we do have plans to ship to more countries in the future, so do look out for updates!

  • Do you offer Free Shipping?

All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, recipients may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Morning cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Morning can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.


Returns

  • Do you offer returns?

In general, for food safety requirements, no refund or exchange will be given for consumables. However, for the odd occasion that you may need to Return, Exchange or request for a Refund for the items that you have bought, do contact us by emailing help@drinkmorning.com and we will do our best to assist you.
