It's all about trust. Every month, we will curate the capsules that go into each subscription box. The Solo pack features one or two different coffees, Duo box features two different coffees, while the Quad box features four unique coffees. With each box, you get the best of both worlds - variety and deliciousness.
The primary difference is the variety of coffees for each box. Equally as important are the quantities - Solo ships with 20 capsules, Duo ships with 40 capsules, while Quad ships with 80 capsules. It really depends on your daily coffee habits.
Our Discovery Boxes ship monthly and the billing will be recurring every month. Your first payment happens the day you purchased your Discovery Box and subsequent payments will automatically occur on the same day of every month, starting on the second month of your subscription.
If you haven’t tried Specialty Coffee capsules before, you can try our Discovery Trial pack. We’ll send you a box of 10 capsules for free, and you just have to pay for shipping. After three weeks, you will automatically be subscribed to our Solo Discovery Pack. There’s no obligation; modify or cancel your subscription any time.
A clean machine is one way to keep your coffee tasting delicious. We will send the Cafetto Eco Capsule Cleaner every 3rd month of your Duo and Quad Discovery Box subscription.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Capsules are great because they encapsulate coffee at its most optimal state. Capsules we ship will have a shelf life of at least 3 months. We recommend storing your them in a cool, dry place.
Taking a holiday break with the family? Or want to go easy on the caffeine next month? Pausing your subscription is easy. If you haven’t already, log in to your Morning account. Click the Manage Subscriptions button and pause your subscription from there.
It's sad to see you go but of course you can cancel your subscription by logging in and clicking the Manage Subscription button. Once you cancel the plan, we'll send you any Discovery boxes that you already paid for. Moving forward, your credit card will not get billed.

We ship all Discovery Boxes (Solo, Duo and Quad) within 72 business hours of receiving your initial and recurring orders. Depending on your location, you should be receiving the coffees anytime from 6-18 business days from the order date.
AUS and NZ: within 15 business days
Southeast Asia: within 15-18 business days
Hong Kong & Macau: within 6 business days
UK: within 15 business days
For certain counties, do allow for additional time for the package to be processed by Customs.
Yes! For our Discovery boxes, shipping is absolutely free!
This only applies to Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand and the UK. To offer free shipping worldwide, we had to keep the delivery costs to a minimum. For the other countries, you should receive a tracking number.
