Vinodhan Veloo is our featured collaborator and invited speaker during our ‘Coffee Chats’ segment at August’s MCC Meetup. The wine expert is the Head of Cellar for the prestigious, members-only wine club, 67 Pall Mall Singapore, where he oversees a team that manages one of Southeast Asia’s largest club/restaurant wine cellars, and is also responsible for purchasing the 800 - 1,200 bottles of wine that the club needs weekly.

A veteran in the F&B industry for the last ten years, he has garnered significant experience as a sommelier in some of the top Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore, including Odette (three stars) and Cloudstreet (two stars).
