Terms and Conditions

  • The promoter of this competition is SS & C Pty. Ltd. ("Promoter"), whose registered office is 612 Nicholson st Fitzroy North, VIc 3068.
  • The competition is open to participants worldwide, excluding residents of the United States and its territories, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
  • There is one prize packages in total, comprising of the following item(s): 1 x Morning Dream
  • The competition will be conducted primarily on the social media platforms Instagram and TikTok. To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps: a. Tag a friend on the giveaway post, co-posted by @goldenbrown.coffee and @drinkmorning. b. Follow @drinkmorning on Instagram or tiktok.
  • The competition will commence on November 28th, 3:00 PM (AET) and will conclude on December 15th, 4:00 PM (AET). Entries received before or after the specified dates and times will not be eligible for participation.
  • The winners will be selected in a random draw, conducted by the Promoter or their appointed representative. The draw will take place on December 15th at 7:00 PM (AET).
  • The winners will be announced on the Instagram pages of @goldenbrown.coffee and @drinkmorning on December 15th at 7:00 PM (AET). The winners will also be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok within 48 hours of the draw.
  • To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification message within 48 hours, providing their full name, contact details, and postal address. In the event that a winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner through a redraw.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another of equivalent value or higher quality, should the original prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond their control.
  • By participating in the competition, participants agree to grant the Promoter permission to use their Instagram handle, name, and any images or content submitted as part of the entry for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, without any further compensation.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  • The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or any technical failures that may occur during the competition.
  • By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, and agree to release Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to the competition.
  • The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
