What's the story behind Young & Daughters and how did it all start?
A cup of coffee saves the world! Young & Daughters is a specialty coffee roastery founded in Seoul in 2020 by a barista who used to be a bassist, a roaster who used to be a composer, and a designer who used to be an illustrator.
With artistic sensibility and scientific data, we create distinctive and delicious coffee for a better cup and a better life. From carefully selecting high-quality green beans to consistent roasting that brings them to life, every step of the process is carried out with meticulous care.
A witty and delightful cup of coffee to brighten up a tiring and monotonous life. With the belief that a delicious cup of coffee can save the world, our goal is to create a unique coffee culture that only Young & Daughters can offer.
Can you share more about your approach to sourcing and roasting coffee?
We pursue clean, textured coffee with complex flavours and a pleasing sweetness. In our roasting, we strive to bring out the true character of the green beans.
