Morning guarantees products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time in accordance with a proper care routine as outlined below. The Morning Machine has a warranty period of 1-year (2-years for the EU) from the date of purchase.

The proper care routine includes

• Regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Normal use (use as the product as intended) described by the product’s instructions is required to maintain your warranty.

This warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorised personnel.
• Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
• Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
• Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product of this warranty.

This warranty is valid only for

• The original customer.
• When the product is purchased through our webstores or our authorised distributors/resellers.
• With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.
• When the warranty is registered within 30 days from the purchase date.

2. Full name used for registering your Machine's warranty.
3. Email used for registering your Machine's warranty.
4. Your residing country.
5. Machine serial number (this can be located at the base of your Machine).
6. Supporting documents (images/videos) depicting the problem(s) that you're facing.
