The perfect 'Build Your Own Recipe' workshop for people who'd like to go more in-depth into coffee and how to perfect their brew, conducted in a hands-on, guided setting.
Here, we explore how brewing parameters — volume output, pressure profiles and temperatures — alter the taste of your favourite capsules. The MORNING Team will demonstrate and guide you to explore the different ways you can enjoy capsule coffee.
Each session is an hour long and is split into three parts:
- Part I: Basic calibration theories. What are the factors that affect extraction - touching on pressure, temperature, yield.
- Part II: Tasting! How each factor affects the brew.
- Part III: Hands-on practice for you to design your own recipes, and share your recipe and what flavours you experienced.
Before the session, do ensure that you have the MORNING Mobile App downloaded on your phone as we'll be using it to brew.
