In this edition of Sip & Savour, we’ll be taking you through a coffee cupping experience — just like the pros do.

This guided coffee tasting experience features a curated lineup of 10 specially selected coffees from the MORNING Marketplace.

Together we’ll explore origins, processing methods and roast levels to learn more about the different sensory characteristics of each coffee — including new-to-market or yet-to-be-launched capsules. This month, we'll be featuring HAI Coffee Roaster, Samurai Shoelace, and WatchHouse. 

Coffee cupping is an industry-standard method used by coffee professionals to identify and compare different coffee beans, an essential part of the coffee production process for selection and quality control. 

Fruity, floral, or bright and acidic — you’ll get to discover a whole array of complex flavours and their origins, all in a casual setting. Our in-house baristas will be on-hand to facilitate the step-by-step process of a professional coffee cupping session, making it an informative and fun experience for everyone.
