Together we'll explore the origins, processing methods and roast levels that make each roaster unique. In this edition, we will be featuring First Glance Coffee Roastery, Knockbox Coffee Company, Phoenix Coffee Roastery and BLOSSOM — four Hong Kong roasters known for their interesting stories, thoughtful sourcing, and exceptional coffees.

From rare and complex Geshas, to coffees inspired by familiar Hong Kong flavours, to easy, everyday cups that simply taste great — you'll get to discover a whole range of flavours and profiles, all in a casual and welcoming setting. Our in-house baristas will be on hand to guide you through each of the five coffees, making it an informative and fun experience for everyone.
