In this edition, we'll be exploring Liberica, a rare species that's just stepping into the specialty spotlight as a resilient alternative in coffee’s changing landscape. Known for its bold character, Liberica has been redefined through Jason’s meticulous approach to cultivation and processing, unlocking fruit-forward acidity, pronounced sweetness, and remarkable depth in the cup.
Together, we'll taste six specially selected coffees and teas from Jason's farm, each processed differently to showcase how processing shapes flavour, structure and expression. Among them is an exceptional competition lot that contributed to Malaysia achieving 4th place at the World Barista Championship 2025.
