1. Event Overview
This is a ticketed coffee origin experience from Singapore to a coffee farm in Johor, Malaysia. The trip includes guided activities, educational experiences at the farm, and return transportation via chartered bus.
This trip involves walking on uneven, natural terrain at the coffee farm. Accessible pathways or facilities may not be available at all locations. Participants with mobility concerns are encouraged to reach out to us before purchasing a ticket so we can help assess suitability.
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to the terms outlined below.
This trip is organised my MORNING (drinkmorning.com), hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Organiser". The Company engages third-party service providers, including but not limited to travel agencies, transportation operators and farm hosts, to deliver the trip experience. The Company's role is limited to coordinating trip logistics.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years old and above to join this tour. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if this requirement is not met.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Only lunch will be provided during the trip.
Participants should prepare sufficient cash for:
- Breakfast (before departure or en route)
- Purchases at the origin’s gift shop
4. Transportation & Timing
- The tour includes round-trip transportation between Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
- The bus from Singapore to Johor bus will depart promptly at 6.15am. Participants are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for check-in and boarding.
- Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for refunds or store credits.
- The bus from Johor to Singapore will depart according to the itinerary. Arrival time back in Singapore is subject to traffic conditions, border clearance, and other unforeseen delays.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (such as passports, identification, or visas) required for entry into and exit from Malaysia. The Company is not responsible if a participant is denied entry or exit by any immigration authority.
- The Organiser is not responsible for delays caused by immigration procedures, traffic conditions, weather, or other external factors.
5. Insurance & Liability
- The bus operator's insurance coverage applies only while participants are onboard the designated tour bus. This coverage is provided by the bus operator, not the Organiser.
- Participants are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance covering overseas travel, medical emergencies, trip disruptions, and personal belongings.
- The Organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, theft, or accident occurring during the trip, including but not limited to activities on the farm, transit between locations and free time, regardless of whether such activities are part of the planned itinerary. The Organiser's role is limited to coordinating the trip logistics and does not extend to ensuring participants safety during activities.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made on or before 1 June 2026 will receive a 100% refund in store credits only.
- Cancellations made on or after 2 June 2026 are strictly non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or store credits.
- Late arrivals are treated as no-shows.
7. General Conditions
- The itinerary is subject to change due to operational, weather, or farm-related conditions.
- The Organiser reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and smooth execution of the trip.
- By joining the tour, participants agree to follow instructions from the Organiser and on-ground facilitators at all times.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with this trip will be used solely for trip coordination and related communications. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the trip (such as the tour agency, bus operator and/or farm host) for logistical purposes only. Where applicable, data will be handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). PDPA protections may not apply to all participants depending on their jurisdiction.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
