Blossom

BLOSSOM was established in 2017. The name “BLOSSOM” reflects the idea that the specialty coffee industry can flourish and shine like cherry blossoms in Hong Kong, which is also reflected in the logo design.

The BLOSSOM team has also actively competed in Hong Kong coffee competitions, winning Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits, and becoming finalists in both the Brewers Cup and Barista Championship.
