An aromatic floral infusion made from coffee blossoms, especially prized for their fleeting bloom that lasts only one to two days. Treasured for their captivating fragrance and subtle sweetness, they are then hand-harvested and gently dehydrated to preserve their delicate character, revealing fragrant notes of jasmine, rose, and honey sweetness.

Brewing Methods

Hot Brew:
Ratio: 1g blossom to 300ml water 

• Step 1: Steep blossoms in hot water (90-95ºC) for 5 minutes.
• Step 2: Stir or press before removing the blossoms and enjoy it warm.

Cold Brew:
Ratio: 1g blossom to 300ml water

• Steep blossoms in cold water and store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
• Remove the blossoms and enjoy it cold.
