In this special edition of Sip & Savour, we’ll be taking you through a coffee cupping experience with FELT COFFEE, a Seoul-based roastery known for its thoughtful approach to coffee.

Led by FELT COFFEE co-founder Song Daewoong, joining us from Seoul, this guided coffee tasting features a curated lineup of eight coffees — FELT’s house blends alongside a collection of their fresh Costa Rican coffees, with two Geishas making a special appearance on the table.

Together we’ll explore origins, processing methods and roast levels to learn more about the different sensory characteristics of each coffee. Our in-house baristas will be on-hand to facilitate the step-by-step process of a professional coffee cupping session, making it an informative and fun experience for everyone.

You’ll also have the opportunity to hear directly from Song as he shares more about FELT COFFEE, the coffees in the lineup, and his perspective on Seoul’s specialty coffee scene.

Whether you’re new to coffee tasting or already know your washed from your natural, this is a casual opportunity to taste, compare and discover what makes each coffee unique.
